"Pictor - Exploring the Familiar" is a workshop organized by Thessaloniki Center of Contemporary Art. It's agenda was to trace the invisible side of the urban quotidian and intervene with installations that offer new findings, interpretations or experiences.

This proposal tackled the idea of "displacement" and "de-contextualization" as a trigger, in the form of interventions: a digital picture frame-tile virtually replaces pavement of one city to the other, a living-room secretaire emerges through a public sidewalk.
